Project Connects constructs a new east-west connector across Old Town Goleta. Ekwill Street extends from Kellogg Avenue on the east side to Fairview Avenue on the west side and includes the construction of a roundabout at the Ekwill Street and Pine Avenue intersection. Fowler Road constructs an extension to the existing South Street from Kellogg Avenue to Technology Drive and renames South Street to Fowler Road. The Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement constructs a new longer and wider bridge to accommodate the realignment of Hollister Avenue. UNICO is providing resident engineering services, field inspection, document control, labor compliance, and public outreach.
