As a subconsultant, UNICO is assisting LA Metro in developing their portfolio of transit projects by implementing a systems lifecycle approach. UNICO has been developing a verification and validation process by drafting updated technical requirements, capturing those requirements in a requirements management tool, and working with the SECOTrans team to demonstrate compliance to those requirements. It is anticipated that this approach will be adopted across the wider LA Metro organization.
