This $21M project includes the one mile reconstruction and widening of Leisure Town Road from two lanes to four lanes between Elmira Road and Ulatis Creek. In addition to the roadway expansion, the project features the installation of two new traffic signals; new multi-modal pathway; as well as significant non-potable water, sanitary sewer with the construction of an 84-inch sewer manhole, and storm drain utility improvements which require deep excavation and shoring. UNICO is providing resident engineering services, field inspection, document control, labor compliance, and public outreach.
