UNICO pays 100% of the cost for the employee, enabling them to maintain their vision health. Dependents can be covered at the employee’s expense.

Long Term Disability Insurance

401(k) Plan
Employees are immediately eligible to contribute to our 401(k) plan. After six months of continuous employment, UNICO provides an employer match:
- Matching 100% of up to the first 3% of salary deferral by the employee.
- Matching 50% of up to the next 2% of salary deferral by the employee.
